Yesterday was David Beckham’s mother, Sandra’s, 60th birthday! The whole family was on hand to celebrate this grand occasion. The family held a surprise dinner for the proud mum at a restaurant her her home in Essex.

They did their best to keep the event a secret from the paparazzi as much as from Sandra. The ploy worked because the paparazzi only got a few shots of the family as they left the restaurant, meaning they enjoyed their dinner in peace.

“They crept in through the back so they could surprise the birthday girl. There were gasps of delight when they walked in with a lot of hugs and kisses,” an eyewitness tells the Mirror. “After the meal David gave a speech about his mum. It was just like any other family birthday party. Their children were running around with all the other kids.”

Victoria looked gorgeous in a one-shouldered black dress and the boys (including David!) were adorable all dressed up. What a wonderful surprise for Sandra, as she probably wasn’t expecting to see her son and grandsons!

Happy Father’s Day, David Beckham! David is a great dad to his three active boys, Romeo Beckham and Cruz. The whole family is together on vacation in the French Riviera so it’s nice David gets to spend this special day with his family. He’s been apart from them for several months now, the last time he saw his boys was on their Easter break in March.

It’s been a busy few weeks for the Beckhams, so it’s nice to see the family all together at the Heathrow airport, getting ready to go on a family vacation. David has been in Italy for the past few months and has seen Romeo, Beckham and Cruz only a few times during his stay with AC Milan.

Now that the Serie A stint is over, David can look forward to returning to Los Angeles and being with his family for a few months. David is making his MLS return on July 17, when the Los Angeles Galaxy take on the New York Red Bulls. That gives the Beckhams nearly a month of solid family time.

People.com is reporting that the family went to Saint-Tropez for the weekend and enjoyed some time on Pampalona Beach together. No photos of the fivesome have cropped up yet, meaning they’re on a pretty exclusive vacation. It must be a nice break for the Beckhams, as the paparazzi cameras are a regular part of all their lives - even young Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz’s.

Victoria Beckham took her sons, Brooklyn, Cruz and Romeo to the star-studded finale of American Idol. The show featured loads and loads of performances from this year’s contestants partnered with legends like Queen Latifah, Keith Urban, Cyndi Lauper, Lionel Richie, Kiss, Carlos Santana, Rod Stewart, Queen and more! It was a fantastic show and possibly the best finale American Idol has seen yet! The Beckhams are so lucky they can enjoy the show live.

Interestingly, if you look closely at these photos, Victoria is behind the car door, not in front of it! In front of it is a look alike nanny dressed identically to Victoria!

I guess this is a way to divert the paparazzi so the boys can truly enjoy the show, but it’s a bit bizarre, no? If that’s the case, wouldn’t she rather just not attend at all? What would you do if you were in Victoria’s position?

Even though Mom and Dad are away, Romeo and Cruz Beckham still found time to play. One of their nannies took them to Coldwater Canyon Park in Beverly Hills on Friday afternoon. The younger Beckhams had fun on the slide and swings and learning to skateboard.

Th boys looked especially adorable in their helmets. I’m glad that they’re unfazed by the cameras and can still enjoy a sunny afternoon in the park.

Victoria is currently in London and will soon be heading to Milan to join David. She’s going to watch AC Milan play Juventus, as it’s an extremely important match for the team. Hopefully, they’ll take time to celebrate David’s birthday as well.

The boys, Brooklyn, Cruz and Romeo, all seem to really enjoy tennis, laughing and screaming as they chased after the ball. Victoria spent the lesson in her car with a bodyguard, chatting on her cell phone. She was probably busy making plans for her upcoming trip to New York. Once the calls were over, she got out to see what her boys were up to.

I have no idea how long the Beckhams have been taking tennis lessons. I think it’s a great idea, as these boys seem very active and high spirited. Exposing them to lots of different sports will not only encourage a healthy lifestyle, they will be able to find the sport or sports they enjoy the best. Who knows, maybe one of them is the next Andy Roddick!

Victoria looked stunning in a sleeveless dress, cropped cardigan, Louboutin booties and carrying a Hemres Birkin. It’s a bit of a heavy look for a sunny afternoon, but she pulls it off. Romeo and Cruz looked adorable as always, carrying Wolverine and GI Joe action figures.

The Hermes bag is new and it’s rumored to be a birthday present from David!

The threesome were accompanying by Victoria’s sister and her niece, Liberty, several bodyguards and a nanny. They probably needed the large entourage, as there were several photographers on hand to document the trip. Here’s a video of the family making their way through the Grove.

The gang enjoyed lunch at the La Piazza restaurant before taking up their shopping, including a trip to Bed, Bath and Beyond.

Victoria Beckham and her boys, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz, touched down in Loa Angeles last night after flying in from London. The family spent some time in London and Milan, watching David play soccer and celebrating Easter with their family.

Victoria looked chic in another simple, all black outfit. This is probably a much more practical look for flying than some of her previous airport looks, especially with three boys in tow! Romeo and Brooklyn were adorable as they each carried a soccer ball.

They certainly had a great week, spending lots of time with their dad. They saw him in three soccer games and went to the park a few times.

The Beckham boys, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz, enjoyed an active day in the park yesterday under the watchful eye of a bodyguard and David’s personal assistant.

All three of them enjoyed some time on the swings, teeter -totter and jungle gym, especially youngest son, Cruz! The older boys, Romeo and Brooklyn are great big brothers, so patient and playful with him.

The boys enjoyed a game of soccer that day too. Romeo showed off some impressive skills. I know Victoria has told the press Romeo wants to be an actor or an entertainer, but I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw him become a soccer player, just like Dad!

I wonder exactly how many people the Beckhams travel with - bodyguards, personal assistants, nannies, it must be 8 or 10 people!
