David Beckham Blogs About Teen Choice Awards
David Beckham updated his blog today. He wrote about winning Choice Male Athlete at the Teen Choice Awards earlier this week and about the disappointing loss the Los Angeles Galaxy faced against the San Jose Earthquakes.
“I was honoured to receive the award for Choice Male Athlete,” David writes. “Having only been in the States for just over a year, to be in the same category as Tiger Woods and Kobe Bryant was brilliant but to win was amazing.”
I love how humble and appreciate he always is for every accolade he receives. He truly deserved to win the other night, if only for the great example he sets for aspiring athletes.
