David & Victoria Renewed Vows in Secret

According to the Daily Mail, David and Victoria Beckham secretly renewed their vows on March 8, 2006–and this date explains their matching roman numerals tattoos.
The event was planned by David as a surprise for Victoria and took place at their home in London. It was a very small and intimate ceremony that moved everyone in attendance.
“We were in tears. It was beautiful and very non-showbiz,” one guest said.
Brooklyn and Romeo were the page boys for the ceremony.
“It was the second best day of my life - after our first wedding,” Victoria said.
David planned the event for a long time, because he wanted it to be the perfect surprise for Victoria.
“David was meticulously planning the big day for months. It was a huge undertaking to keep it all under wraps,” a source says. “He was desperately excited but had had to keep quiet with everyone but his and Victoria’s closest family. Only a handful of people were at the ceremony and they’ve managed to keep it under wraps for nearly two years. It was an incredibly beautiful day and everyone lucky enough to be present was in tears when they repeated their vows.”
“Victoria couldn’t believe the lengths he had gone to to make it a perfect day - she was truly lost for words,” they continued. “He had personally overseen everything, from the flowers to the cake - even a beautiful white dress he knew she had her eye on.”
While such a romantic gesture is totally something David would do, I’m surprised this story was kept under wraps for so long!
