David Beckham arrived in Australia today (Sunday there). He came via private jet. His team hedl a small press conference at the hotel where they are staying.

I’m very happy to be here. I’ve never been to this country before and it’s somewhere I’ve wanted to visit for a long time,” Beckham said to the reporters.

“It took me 22 hours to get here but it’s more than worth it.”

The game on Tuesday sold out and over 80,000 people are planning to attend!
