David Beckham to Buy Father L.A. Home

David Beckham wants his boys to be closer to their grandfather. David also wants to keep a closer eye on his dad after his heart attack. NOW is reporting that David has offered his father an L.A. apartment, completely mortgage free!

“Ted’s heart attack made David realise how much his dad means to him,” a source told NOW.

“They’d drifted apart and at one point weren’t even speaking. But David’s determined that will all change now.”

“Ted doesn’t want to move to the States permanently,’ the source says, ‘but he’s looking forward to seeing more of David.”

“The apartment in Los Angeles is near to David’s family place, so now Ted can see them all regularly… and be a proper grandfather to the boys.”

I personally think this is a fantastic idea and am always amazed at David’s genorousity.
