David Beckham to Design for Spice Girls?
When I first heard this, I thought it was a joke. But it’s all over the internet now!
According to reports, David Beckham is going to design a costume for the Spice Girls’ reunion tour!
“David has been helping out a lot ahead of the Spice Girls tour, which kicks off in December. And for a laugh he has offered his advice to Victoria and the girls about their costumes. They thought it would be great fun for him to design some of their outfits to wear on stage,” a mole reports to the British tabs.
“Mel B told him he should do it for a giggle. So he has been looking at pictures of Julien Macdonald’s collection from London Fashion Week on the internet and has also studied other designers collections.”
“Obviously Victoria will have the final say on the end results though. At the moment the outfits David is planning are all black. But they will all be different and themed to match the individual Spice Girls.”

“Their costumes will obviously be amazing as well. All aspects of their gigs will be ultra polished and the girls will, of course, be uber fit and preened to perfection.”
“Everything from the lights to the stage layout will be outstanding.”
I bet this did start as a private joke. And with Victoria’s expertise and the many resources the Spice Girls have on hand, it might turn out for the best!
