David Beckham Superliga Final

Here are some photos of the Superliga final match. The Galaxy lost 4-3 on penalty kicks. David Beckham injured his knee in the first half when he tripped over the ball. Check out the pictures below — it looks painful!

He returned later in the game to sit on the bench wearing a suit and tie.

These pictures break my heart.

As for his knee injury, David had this to say post match:

“I’m going to have a scan tomorrow and we’ll see the full extent of what it is and how long I’ll be out, but at this stage, it’s hard to tell, but it doesn’t feel good…. With a ligament strain, it’s 4-to-6 weeks. We’ll have to wait and see… If it is four to six, I won’t be flying to England.” (AP)
